What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
For smaller home decor items, we ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks as we coordinate with white-glove delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the United States?
Currently, Urban Nomad NYC ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international fans of our aesthetic in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and custom-made pieces are final sale.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Most of our wooden furniture is made from reclaimed timber or FSC-certified forests, and our textiles use organic fibers whenever possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may no longer be eligible for immediate changes.
Does Urban Nomad NYC offer assembly services?
Most of our large furniture pieces include complimentary white-glove delivery, which features room-of-choice placement and full assembly. For smaller 'flat-pack' items, detailed instructions and tools are included.
