At Urban Nomad NYC, we want your home to reflect your journey; if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the transition from our studio to your apartment as seamless as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely back at our Brooklyn warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
